Jesus you know what we hold. You know everything that we carry in our hearts. Father you know what weighs us down and what keeps us from you.

Jesus you hold us in your hand. You cradle us in your arms. Thank you for always embracing me and keeping me close to you. Thank you for bringing me closer and helping me lean on you. Thanks for letting me fall asleep with you and for brushing my hair as I lay on your lap.

Thank you Jesus for listening to me scream at you and for holding me while I cry. I’m so blessed by the beautiful Father you are.

You let us lay our burdens at your feet. You welcome our heavy heart and ask us to give it to you. Jesus you love us so well.

Thanks for speaking to us and for never letting us be alone. Thank you Jesus for your beauty all over the world. I’m so blessed by all of the wonderful people and places I’ve seen these past 5 months.

Jesus I’ve tasted and seen your goodness and kindness and peace. You hold my hope and my trust and my heart in your hands. You keep me close to you. You’ve walked me into freedom with joy and celebration. and you still have more. You’ve welcomed my moments of disbelief and transformed them into beautiful memories together.

Papa, thanks for just holding me. For your hand on my back and for the prayers and songs you sing over me. I’m blessed by your sweetness and I’m overwhelmed with your comfort. Thanks Jesus. Siyabonga.
